Video Contest
With data taken from a recent poll, The Cascade Policy Institute is holding a contest for Oregon parents and their children to enter and win $10,000 by making a video explaining the concept of "school choice". For this I designed and programmed a dynamic website detailing the contest as well as a custom video directed by Evan Stuart. The site also links to a custom YouTube group page with the contest entrants' videos.
Publisher Summit 2008
For Centro's Media Summit 2008 I created a campaign consisting of print and web material, including an electronic invitation, PPT template and comprehensive event profile on their existing website. Sections on the website provided photos, video and presentation downloads of every speaker at the event. To view print collateral from this event, click here.
Chicago area photographer Bob Elmore needed a digital portfolio for his business so I provided design and programming of his site. For the photo gallery portion of the site I installed a CMS allowing Bob to easily upload, rearrange and edit existing work on the fly from an easy to use backend admin.
Local Chicago winery and restaurant Cooper's Hawk needed to match their rapid growth with an online store. I designed and programmed this site to provide their entire wine catalogue as well as gift baskets, gift cards, and wine club memberships. There's also a section where the customer is able to build their own custom wine label. The site front end was handcoded and utilizes Shopsite eCommerce software. This website has not gone live yet.
When Chris Koster ran for Missouri Senate, the political group "Missourians for Honest Leadership" contracted us to make a site showing Koster in a bad light which coincided with a commericial run in Missouri "questioning Koster's ethics" among other things. The deadline was very short for this project as it had to launch before the commercial ran in Missouri.
RangeRoamer is a company that provides cell phones with no international roaming rates either for rental or purchase. I was contracted to make a series of web advertisements and trade show graphics (Note: I did not design this website).
Publisher Summit 2008
The agenda for the summit detailed the event schedule, speaker bios and an invite to an Orange Carpet Soiree the 2nd night of the summit. I also designed the directional signage and nametags of attendees.
Open House Invitation
For the design of this open house invitation I wanted the reader to feel as though they were opening the doors to the property so I designed it with a tri-fold. On each panel are phrases which embody the ideals Longstreet utilizes in each restoration, namely maintaining the original property and updating with modern technology. Ultimately the invite was a success as the company received an offer to buy that very night.
Genetic Services Plan
I designed this booklet for the Illinois Department of Public Health which compiled a study on genetics. The study outlined key goals and objectives about genetics and serves as a guideline for health professionals and their education of the public. The budget for this project was very tight so I suggested a 2 color print job with a duotone to keep the print cost low but still keep the design interesting.
Area Map
The Hyatt Regency Boston needed a map to give to hotel guests which detailed downtown Boston and the surrounding area.
